While a great deal of knowledge and information go into properly drafting a will, the process itself can be straightforward and comfortable.
In the past, I've seen people become stalled in the process of completing their wills. They feel overwhelmed by long questionnaires, get stuck on one issue or another, or are just unsure where to start. If you can relate to any of these, you are not alone.
I created WillWise to address these common issues. This is why I do not give out questionnaires or "homework" and instead meet with every client face to face to guide them through the decisions to be reflected by their wills. We go through a structured process to ensure that important topics are considered, while still focusing on the issues that are most important to each client.
I believe in providing clients with information to empower them to make the right choices for themselves and their families. As a result, clients check this important task off their lists, while feeling confident that their wills and other documents will meet their needs and carry out their wishes.
